It's too bad they got an F in rating that's pretty bad I've never heard of a hospital getting an F be careful they might be better now because of the f so they might be extra nice now because now they're on watch they're being watched very closely and F can you believe a hospital got an F I can't imagine how awful and what they must have found I hope they step up their game

I gave two stars because of the provider that was there today. He was knowledgeable and took his time to check me and my daughter and gave me Some tips. But goooosshh the wait time is horrible . I was there at 9:30 AM and didn't leave until 1:30 . With the last 1hr and 10minutes in the room .

Worse waste of time. It's a medi-cal urgent care, so you'll be waiting for 3 hours. All the doctors are new and rude. They say they're going to call in a prescription and they don't. It's very difficult to get ahold of the front desk.
