Discovered such a gem barre location via class pass! Erika brings such a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Her classes are challenging, upbeat and fun! I love the supportive and encouraging words she gives to everyone during class. I especially love Wil's dance Cardio class! His class will make you sweat and move in the best way possible. Made wonderful friends there and everyone there is very nice and welcoming. Enerji always has special events and promotions so it is always a fun time working out.

I’ve tried every single barre place, and Enerji Barre by far brings the best workouts AND vibes. Every time, I leave sweating and legs shaking… I don’t feel this at any other studio. This is because all instructors are knowledgeable & teach you to properly execute the move. They offer lots of alternatives which is perfect for even people who are pregnant, of old age, or have any injuries! Enerji Barre is perfect for beginners AND advanced barre class takers :)Additionally, the music choice is appropriate, upbeat for fast moves and calm for stretches. Most of the time, you cannot hear the instructor at other studios... or all you hear is their voice and not enough music. Grateful that Enerji Barre provides a perfect balance of instruction and music. The one hour you spend here flies by. Here, you can actually have fun-- I always find myself smiling here. Regarding the studio: I like how sanitary they are-- mat/equipment sprays smell so good, and they don't use carpet! The wood floors are also great for their amazing HIIT classes. If you're someone like me who cares a lot about environment, this is the cutest studio! The decor has a refreshing and vibrant green theme :) Even the amenities match the theme!
