I had a great experience at South Bay Certified Collision Repair Center. I drive a Volvo XC60 and when I was hit on the highway, I was pretty distraught and didn’t know where to go. After some research and speaking with Volvo - this is the location they recommended. The individual who was in charge of my car was named Art and he was fantastic! I felt very well taken care of and communication was great. Also, every time I called - everyone was super nice on the phone. The end result and his attention to details is unmatched. I just got my car back and it’s as good as new!

This place made my painful repair experience into a pleasant one. I have to give it up to Jason who was so communicative the whole time and was able to give me updates when my insurance wouldn't. So happy to have my car back in great condition. Hopefully I wont need any more repairs any time soon, but when I do I will definitely be back.

I am originally from So Cal but over the years I have been living out of state. I had not idea that the turnover process after a collision would take such time, but once I got that call, it was ready for pickup, then walked up to my fully complete repaired Mini. I was A-mazed. Fresh!!! Recommended.
