Long overdue review, since my appointment was on 9/21/21- and my hair still looks great! Rachel is truly a gem. She takes her time getting to know you and your hair, and listens to what you want done and gives you honest feedback. You genuinely feel like her attention is 100% on you and no one else when you're in her care. I have hair that I perceived to be very difficult to work on, and she took her time to explain what the plan was to achieve what I wanted with minimal damage to my hair. She was open about what is realistically achievable without compromising the health of my hair, all without being dismissive or condescending. Rachel is amazingly talented and a sweet person all around. I highly recommend her. She cut my hair just as I imagined it to look. She also demonstrated how to fix my hair style on my own.
Rachel did a really nice job on my hair (highlight). She took her time and was thorough with the foils which means that there were no spots missed and it will grow out nicely. She takes pride in her work and is very friendly. Her services are very reasonably priced, especially considering what a quality job she does! I will definitely be back.
