Some trees were being trimmed behind our house and there was a limb that fell on our property and caused an incident. Although the workers were quick to dodge any responsibility themselves, a supervisor from Newbury was at our front door within minutes. He without a doubt was the best ambassador of goodwill I have ever encountered. He was extremely understanding, compassionate and helpful in rectifying the situation, he even went so far as to trim some trees on our property for free, now that is company service. They are first rate in our mind.
