I started seeing Ashley about two years ago. The first visit was not pleasant whatsoever as I had very severe issue with my hip. I'm not that old...(44) at the time and I was going through an extreme amount of stress in my life. I was new to massage, so nervous and shy would be understatements. Between Ashley's calming voice, knowledgeable and well educated hands I soon found extreme comfort with her abilities. Extreme professionalism always on spot to where I felt totally comfortable in every way. I will not go to anyone else. Made that mistake... once!
I had a restorative yoga massage session with Ashley last week and it was great! I'm a beginner to yoga so Ashley took the time to explain the techiques and modifications so I could hold the pose then with massage helped loosen some of my really tigh areas. It was one of the best yoga sessions I've had and with the addition of massage it was amazing!
