My 91 year old dad needed a haircut. This was his first visit here. They did not disappoint. They took him right away. His barber did a thorough job, and my dad's hair looks great! Not only that, my dad uses a walker. His barber helped me walk him back to the car and helped me get him in. Sure, there's a language barrier, but a good cut and add in human kindness, you can't go wrong.

This Anglo dude was afraid to shop here because of all the non-english-speaking reviews dating back to the $8 days. But after seeing what Terry L said in their review mentioning MASORS barber shop I had to give it a try! There is definitely a language barrier, and I am the Outsider! That being said, I'm NEVER going back to Masors!!!!! Cool Cuts is my new home. Despite the language issues my cutter and I were still able to communicate. I requested a #4 blade general cut and he set straight to work. I gotta say. I didn't feel a thing! I saw the hair falling off, but I never felt the teeth of the electric trimmers. Mr. Jiang is sensational! My son is 3 years old and he catered to his chaotic toddler energy and never lost his patience. Absolutely sensational. It was our first experience and now our go to for haircuts. He took so much time and care of what others deem a quick job. Truly appreciate the professionalism and care.
