Front end management poor. -Lines to checkout too long. -The person stocking in front should stop and open another register. Personnel needs training. - Poor customer service. - Cashier should greet customer, etc. Stock - Found 3 out of 4 items I was looking for. - Probably easier to order online and forgo the subpar in store experience.

This PetSmart violates consumer and contract law. I purchased a dog bed for $39.99. I asked for both a physical and email receipt. Upon getting the bed home, I found it was slightly too large for the intended space, so went to return it three days later. The physical receipt showed that I paid $39.99 and also stated that the return price was $39.99. Nevertheless, the clerk refunded $33.99. He threw away my original receipt. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't notice the discrepancy until the following day. I took the return receipt and showed the cashier my email receipt. The cashier claimed that they treat returns differently, and that I could get only the sale price... read full review

After exploring different options, we decided to try the beginner doggie classes for our then 5 month old lab. It was a six week class that gave me an opportunity to better understand ways to nip unwanted behaviors and practice some of the tips at the store. I would highly recommend Marla! She was able to offer timely feedback and she was very patient with our high energy dog Taro. By the end of class, Taro (my pup) was able to stay focused throughout the class, follow basic commands, and was even loose leash walking like a pro. Granted, we still need more practice with manners around other dogs and people, the six week growth is undeniable :) Something to consider for... read full review
