Klaus, the owner of the company responded to our after hours call because his guys had been working all day in the heat. Klaus had worked all day also, but decided to help us out. Our AC also worked all day and did not cool down the house, which I knew was going to cost me a bundle on my electric bill. Klaus discovered the problem, fixed the problem and scheduled a follow up appointment to further improve our AC system at my request.
