Pam is always so informative and helpful when deciding on equipment! Also appreciate that their staff tests everything before it goes out. I've rented /bought from them a lot and it's always been a good experience!

This rental house is amazing! Pam was the golden angel that saved my High Profile Music video at 2am on a Saturday morning. I was the Production coordinator for a high profile female rapper. We were shooting a hot tub party scene, with a "Great Gatsby vibe" and the hot tube that the art department provided did not work. I hired an electrician(per the Gaffer for safety) to come out to set and fix the art department's HotTub @930 PM on a Friday evening. 3 hours later the hot tub still did not work. Scrambling to figure out what I should do, one of my Production Assets(PA's) suggested I call Pam at Special Effects Unlimited. This amazing person opened up the shop at 3am on Saturday morning and saved the entire shoot by providing equipment for the broken hot tub. I am blessed that she had the kindness in her heart to help me out in my moment of crisis. I will ALWAYS use Special Effects Unlimited in the future!!!
