Called about getting some electrical stuff installed and he was extremely rude over the phone when I asked if he was available this week or knew anyone who he could refer me to if he was not available and said with no context "thanks but ima have to Let you go" and hung up. Extremely rude!

Owner answered my phone call. Made time to do a quick visit to my new house and sort out electrical issues identified in the property report. Walked through the whole house and gave me a pragmatic view on what needed to be fixed now and what needed to be fixed to rent out my property in the future. He read my house report and came prepared. Wore a mask without me asking. Answered all my questions and was sober, coherent and thoughtful. I will use him and his son for future fixes. Great guy. Couldn't be happier.
