“These ladies were amazing, I had an emergency situation where I needed to have my Dogs orthopedic lift harness repaired. He had broken both of his front legs and managed to chew through his harness. It was the only way I could lift him and it wasn't something that I could just go out and buy another one as it had to be special ordered. The alterations were backed up for almost 2 weeks, and I told them my situation, they called me the next day, and it was ready! I was so touched that they did this for me, I am so grateful, and will never forget their kindness. Thank you!“

“When we moved to the neighborhood 19 years ago, we tried dry cleaners along the Huntington Drive corridor. We started with the then coupons and cheapest, only for multiple items (on first visits) to get lost or damaged and/or returned with an unpleasant odor. We finally turned to Windsor. Since they do all cleaning/laundering in-house, less chance of loss was our hope. And, they've never lost (nor misplaced) one of our pieces - from shirts, blouses, dresses/gowns, skirts, pants to table linens, bedding and rugs. They've also done emergency alterations for us. [Once shirts were (we thought) losing cuff buttons due to the cleaning process, but it was US smashing sleeves in the old closet door!] Windsor has been consistently reliable, timely, and kind in our experiences and interactions.“
