The girls at the front made me feel very welcome and comfortable, really impeccable customer service skills from every employee. Dr. Eli Guzman was very quick to see and assess me, and even gave me an uplifting comment (the last doctor I had just come from made subtly fatphobic and misogynistic remarks, very uncomfortable experience) that I would make a great nurse. The experience was extremely smooth and couldn't have gone better. I just wish I lived closer so I could come here for all of my future health concerns! “I was looking for a pediatric acupuncturist for my son and Luriko Ozeki was recommended to me. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She explained the treatment and what our focus would be for my child and his needs. He has, constipation, Asthma, and ADHD. She also showed me how to do simple message sessions at home between our treatments. Luriko Ozeki took the time to educated me on the Herbs and the treatment for my son. I recommend her for anyone looking for a pediatric acupuncturist!“

“I wish I had 10000 words to describe the care, attention and professionalism of Dr D. Simply put, in the last week, he saved my daughters life, her colon, and my life and sanity as well. An incredible diagnostician and physician, he diagnosed her in 5 min at his office, but of course ordered the necessary tests. All came back to uphold his original diagnosis, but her severe anemia had rushed her to the hospital one day after blood work. By catching this critical level of anemia, and his insistence to admit her within an hour of lab results, he saved her life. His expertise, devotion to his patients and knowledge is something I have rarely experienced in medical in California. I am so blessed to have called him first“

“This review is about the Intetnal Medicine Primary Doctors that I've seen here. I've seen 3 since coming here in 2018 and currently with Dr Loc Duong. He listens and shows genuine concern for patients. I can't tell you how many times he's gotten back to me when I have health issues. Staff has always been welcoming. Parking is the only gripe as it's across St Joseph and other medical buildings. Other than that, I can happily trust my PCP.“

“The drive from where I live which is the South Bay to Los Angeles in Pico during lunch time is crazy for anyone who knows the area but it worth it 100% and would it do it again if needed , I was referred by my daughter’s pediatrician , the staff were so friendly , very helpful, the pediatrician on call that day was amazing ! He didn’t disappoint , I didn’t feel rushed , I didn’t feel brushed off , like hurry up tell me your problem so we can leave . He took his time to listen. And to put icing on the cake we were out of there in less than 2 hours . I would definitely recommend this office !“

“Nothing but love for Dr David Chien and Facey Medical Group in Porter Ranch. We moved out of the area otherwise I would have stayed with these guys forever. From the women on the front desk to the nurses who checked by sons in, to Dr Chien, everyone was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. We never waited long to be seen and my kids were treated kindly and with respect. We saw them for everything from routine check ups to flu jabs to emergency appointments. Dr Chien is an AMAZING pediatrician. No judgement, excellent communication and took my fears seriously. He was reassuring and if there was concern he was straight forward and was good at mapping out a course of action. Couldn't ask for more. I'm so sad to leave Facey Pediatrics :(“
