Wow! This Santa Monica laundromat is very clean and the customer service from all of the employees is outstanding! I was actually dreading having to do my laundry in a public laundromat. However, Joe, one of the employees, greeted me as I walked in and when I said "this is my first time here," Joe was very kind and explained about their services and machines. This laundromat also offers pick-up and delivery for "Fluff & Fold." I highly recommend it!

Always a winner at Big Waves Clean inside. Safe location. Close to coffee and sandwiches afterwards. The free app makes washing a breeze Machines are well maintained tsined. Great, friendly on-site manager to help out.
