I’ve been living here for the past 4 years and the staff has been exceptional, from the management team to those who maintain the property. Today, my fiancé and I needed support, and Eric L didn’t hesitate to provide the most excellent service. He was kind and friendly when we walked through the door. Eric was professional and thorough with the information we needed. I told my fiancé that it’s been wonderful since I’ve moved here in 2019. I’m happy we got a chance to interact with Eric today. He was great!
Gerardo Bocanegra and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure that our lives in the Avalon Santa Monica are truly magical. Thank you to all the team who work tirelessly from those working around the buildings to those in the office helping with our renewals etc. Heading towards our 6yr anniversary in 2024 and hopefully still more ahead.
Decided about 10 days ago I wanted to tour the Avalon. Met with Eric, the Sales and Service Supervisor who hooked me up with a tour and by the next day, I had my lease signed! Everything went so smoothly and I'm so pleased with how it went. 100% recommend.
