Rohland AC & Heating is that white whale of the AC/Heating world. You know there has to be an honest decent direct people who are going to get you going when you need them to, but you have never actually been able to meet them. Scott has helped us so many times when others would keep us waiting for days. He has prolonged the life of our system on more than a few occasions (especially when the heat is over 100F) in an honest and direct manner. He was honest when he told us we needed to get the system replaced and revamped and helped us get to a time when we could afford to get that done (financially and appropriately for the weather). I can't say enough about Scott Rohland, Air Conditioning, I would give him more than 5 stars if I can. My AC broke yesterday in this heat wave, I was in a panic, but Scott came over today immediately today and helped me fix the problem. My system is over 25 years old but Scott has made my system last through these HOT days in SCV. It's so important to find someone who experienced, honest, trustworthy and Scott is the guy I recommend. I will need to get my entire system replaced soon and when I do, I will be having Scott do the job!

This was my first time using them to service my home for a winter checkup. I was looking for a company that would be trustworthy and local...and they are! They confirmed my appointment ahead of time and gave me a reminder call prior to arrival. They were extremely professional, thorough, friendly, and arrived on time. They didn't add to more than I needed and were great about explaining everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone for ac and heating needs and I look forward to seeing them in spring!
