If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The best AC company I have ever used. They showed up when I needed them and didn’t leave until the problem was completely fixed! They are SO nice and respectful. I will be referring them to EVERYONE!

On one of the hottest days of the summer so far, my AC happened to break. Steve and Mike took the time to swing by and assess my issue. They got my AC temporarily up and running until they were able to order a new unit (as my old one was totally done for). They installed the new unit as soon as it was in and did such a fantastic job. They were punctual, hard working, transparent about everything they did or needed to do, and cleaned up after themselves. Not only that, they are two really stand up guys. I highly recommend Patriot heating and air for any issues related to your HVAC/AC unit.

Steve and his team from Patriot Heating and Air efficiently fulfilled their promise of being available 24/7. Despite my late call in the early evening, they assured me they would arrive by 11 the next morning. Surprisingly, they called to confirm early arrial, promptly addressing the issue, while showing and documenting every step of the way,. They quickly identified the leak. Conducted a thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit, and resolved all concerns with professionalism.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. Thank you, Steve and team.
