Quality treatments. The nail techs are very skilled and I'm always satisfied with my service. I think the #1 reason I keep coming back, though, is because their manager (Veronica) is the best. She's professional, always in a good mood, and her customer service is *chef's kiss*. A few times now, she's accommodated me for very last min walks ins, which I super appreciate. I'm glad this franchise is expanding with more locations.

I don't get my nails done. Hardly ever. I've been dying to get the donut glaze nails and was so excited to try out dip for the first time! My nail tech was nice, I didn't catch her name. I've never had dip done so I am not familiar with the process. So, I decided to trust the process because she knows what she's doing and I don't. But it became clear that after she filed down my dip, and began the gel process, it was sub par. I had a chrome finish added and once she did that on one of the hands, it revealed that the gel had separated on the nail and created small bubbles or craters in the nail bed. I have been coming here for a year now, and Lana has been my manicurist/pedicurist. I have also been helped occasionally from the other friendly coworkers when it's busy or in Lana's absence. Lana does a wonderful job in caring for my nails, and the other Ladies are always nice. The receptionists always greet me by name and with warm inviting smiles. I find it helpful to make appointments in advance. You will receive confirmation of your appointment after making it, and then a reminder of your upcoming appointment as it nears to confirm which is helpful.
