Highly recommend! I chose Ian because of his emphasis on neuromuscular & he's been my weekly go-to ever since Aug 2023. Ian is phenomenal, highly skilled & mindful. My range of motion in my shoulders from rotator cuff strain has greatly improved. Lower back/sciatic pain is also alleviated. I'm an RN so my livelihood/perfornance depend on my ability to move freely. Nice not having to rely on ibuprofen. Front desk staff Andrew, Lauren, & Megan are always genuinely welcoming, kind, & helpful.

I came here a couple times for high level strength massages, but though they felt strong, they didn’t feel deep. Today I tried a level 1 massage and the experience was much different. Extremely relaxing and gentle.Customer service is 100% always, even if I had mediocre massages.I think I’m going to come back and try level 1-2 massages. Maybe I didn’t realize what I was asking for with level 3-4.
