Came to Ulta to get my hair done and Mary was absolutely incredible she listened to exactly what I wanted and SLAYED the vision and more! She made me feel so beautiful. Very clean and well organized store. All employees were very nice and friendly and willing to help out/ give information when needed. Jasmine (idk if I’m spelling correctly) helped me out with my skin care routines and what products might be the best fit for me which was extremely helpful. Im very grateful for her and our conversation! I went in for one thing and walked out with many great additions to my routines. Thank you!!!!

Very unfortunately this is my least favorite Ulta. I don't know what goes on in this store? There seems to be an overload of sales associates on the floor. I am constantly if I need any help.? To the point where it gets annoying. Many times I have left this particular location before I was actually ready to. Simply, because I cannot seem to walk through this store and try on testers without feeling constantly harassed. Sadly, this store is only about three blocks away from my home. I myself have a huge background in retail. And have no understanding of how these employees have been trained?
