They came out to service our chiller in September of 2019. He spent about 30 minutes here and then ordered a part and came back another day to install it. Total time of about 1, or even 2 hours if I'm being generous. Got the bill in April of 2020 finally(7 months later). it was for $2300. I questioned it and they brought it down to $1700. The part they ordered was $60 bucks and the overnight shipping charges another $50. I still greatly question this and they tell me to pound sound. Basically, DO NOT USE THEM
