We recently used Top Tier for some repairs on our tile roof. We were really impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Gil and team were highly communicative, responding quickly to my inquiries and clearly explaining the scope of the work needed. After a detailed inspection, they honestly reported that only some tiles needed replacing, without pushing for unnecessary extra work. We thought there might've been rodent issues/damage because of the missing tiles but we're relieved to find out there was not. Their transparency , pricing and fairness were refreshing. 5 stars for wonderful customer service even though they didn't do the work. I had a small job and Top Tier Roofing was scheduled far out. However, they gave me recommendations for two companies who could help me out. Based on their kindness and great recommendations, I would reach out to them if I had larger projects in the future.
