I had a backyard water leak underground and called scantech to detect that. Apart from just detecting the leak they also mapped out the existing lines and provided suggestions for how to fix the problem. Very professional and clear communication. Would definitely recommend.

Jose did a thorough and accurate job locating my water leak in a line that runs about 200 feet from our well house with another 100 or so feet leading to bibs in our paddock. I had to dig about 4 feet down to reach the cracked coupling, so accuracy was important to me.

Scan Tech has saved me twice: First in Oct 2017 -- a ground floor tile had settled and plunged a small nail into the pipe in the crawl space below the house. The leak was 60 gall an hour and you can imagine the muddy mess. I called in Scan Tech after American Leak Detection couldn't find the issue / didn't want to go into the crawl space. Second in Oct 2018 -- I was afraid it was the crawl space again. Scan Tech said no, surveyed the property and found leaky valves in the outdoor watering system. I turned off the water, replaced the valves and everything is fixed. It cost $300 per time to isolate the issue and was well worth it. He found the issue in less than an hour.
