I have been very pleased both times we had used Saturn Air! Many years ago we had them service our heater and air conditioner. Chris responded right away to my SOS by text , came out promptly to assess the work and followed through in a timely fashion. He was professional and courteous. Our heater went out during this cold January weather and he had all the parts and fixed the issue in the same visit. I would recommend Chris and Saturn Air with no hesitation.

Late post: Been wanting to post this review. We used Saturn Air last year to replace our AC. My husband obtained quotes from about 5 others, and we’re so glad we picked Saturn Air. Very good AC system, reasonable price, and professional. Thank you!Service: Install AC

Highly recommend Chris, he was super professional and helped me solve more problems that I originally intended to address and also keeping budget in check. He also responded to an issue I had after install and helped address it at no-cost (even though it was a problem that I had caused).
