So I visited Oz yesterday, August 15th, 2023 to get my hair done and I thought it would be helpful to write a review to give you an idea of what to expect when you visit this OZ salon first time... let me tell you, finding parking was quite a challenge on the crowded downtown streets of Willow Glen. I somehow ended up in the back parking lot and struggled to locate the salon back entrance. Thankfully, the receptionist came to the back to get us.... My first impression of the salon was positive – it had a clean and cool vibe...my daughter had her hair cut first while I watched. I went in for the first time to this salon, I had an appointment with Brandon who was so incredible and genuinely kind and I’ll continue to go to him to my hair. He’s very detail oriented and he did an amazing job on my hair. So grateful for him, I’ve had a tough time finding a good hairdresser and I’m relived I’ve found Brandon. 10/10 would recommendService: Haircut

Virginia is my favorite hairstylist of all time. She listens to exactly what I want and cuts it perfectly. She also offers good insight on other things we can do to make my hair look better, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend her.
