    A few days after I left my review, Joe (I believe he's one of the owners?) reached out to me about the service I received and wanted me to try FW again, on them. I had a great conversation with Joe on just things I thought could be improved (just as a customer) and I am all for 2nd chances, and I have always liked Future Wash. He simply asked me to let him know before scheduling my appointment so that he could let his employees know that I would be coming in. I came to the Santana Row location on my scheduled day, and went to go have some lunch and then came back. I came back maybe a little after an hour and just waited, no text received about the car being done, but after about 10 min, I saw an employee texting, and within a minute, it was a text that the car was ready. It happened the time before as well, but I just kind of let it go, so I think maybe just making sure that those texts are sent out when the car is ready would be helpful, otherwise you just end up sitting around. The car this time was much cleaner, with a few little dirt spots on the outside here and there, but I do think that it's still because they do the services in the parking garage, BUT I understand why. I like Future Wash, and the convenient service they provide. I do appreciate Joe reaching out, and trying to remedy the previous situation.

    I guess They did an okay job .. I had to touch up my car a bit after they washed it because they missed a spot or 2 but hey they wash a lot of cars a day I don't blame them it happens. 5 stars for customer service 3 for quality of work End result a 4.1 for me

    I came here a week ago for a car wash (I got the experience and made an appointment). Based on their website this wash takes about an hour. I showed up 10 minutes late. But their online system wasn't reflective of the actual time (which apparently changed to 30 minutes for a wash). Long story short they washed my car for maybe 10-15 minutes and did only the outside. And it wasn't a great job. So I left a review on their website.The manager/ owner immediate called me, and asked me what went wrong. He provided with different options and also requested that I give them another shot, if not he would refund my money. I decided to give them another shot, so i made another appointment. I showed up, and the guy working said it'll take them longer since they were a little behind schedule. I was fine with it since it's at a mall. So I went around, did some shopping. I got a text saying my car was ready and I came to pick it up. It was definitely a much much better job. Not sure if they took an hour or 30 minutes, but regardless it was a job well done. I'm glad I gave them another shot. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the website information is still a little inaccurate. So maybe that's something they can fix.
