Ok so smudges and mistakes happen. But if Ivy is running the register, just let her know you're not happy and she'll do her best to make it right. I saw a woman sit through an entire gel mani, and then complained about the color AFTER it was all done. Why didn't she say something sooner? Anyhow Ivy was so sweet and just redid the nails. I've always been happy here... yes, Ivy has come to the rescue for me a couple of times but overall the all-inclusive pedis (hot stone massage, parrafin wax) are worth it!

I went in for my pedicure appt. The person who was doing my pedicure kept getting up every few minutes to attend phone calls and the ones who were entering the place. I told her that that she should probably assign someone else to do my pedicure and she explained that her manager is off and she apologized. But, the whole time she was distracted looking at others and didn't do a great job. I have been here before but the experience always varies based on that day even if I request for the same person to do it.
