Bay Area Cremation was reasonably priced and very helpful at a difficult time. I was able to do everything online and by phone. I particularly appreciated that the same person helped me through the whole process, and she was very responsive to emails.

This was the first time I have needed cremation services. My primary concern was being able to pick up the remains of my family member at a b&m location: not have them mailed to me. The cremation counselor at Bay Area Cremation Society was able to answer my immediate questions after hours and guide me through process with compassion. I recommend BACS for a no frills, no pressure cremation service with excellent communication through out the process.
