I've been working with Joshua for over two years now, and the experiences have been great. Joshua always checks in with me before the bodywork to see where my problem areas are and then again after the session to see what worked and what may not have. In addition, Joshua always offers suggestions on how to continue this work on your own at home in between sessions and offers recommendations to other practitioners that can assist and aligning yourself. It's also a great help that Joshua follows up via email after each session to go over his recommendations so you can continue to carry the work he does into everyday. Kind, professional, and genuine.
I feel fortunate to have Josh as my massage therapist. He takes the time to engage with me to better understand how I am feeling, is knowledgeable and experienced to be able to recognize trouble areas and takes the time before and after your massage to find out how you are doing, how the session was and he goes over what he discovered or thinks is going on based on his observations and your feedback. Josh also recommended a Chiropractor for me which was a great referral. He has taken the time to communicate with the Chiropractor so they are both working in tandem on my care. I highly recommend Josh.
Josh is an extraordinary CMT. When I first went to Josh, my lower back was experiencing some pain and since then, no more issues. He knows what he is doing and I feel fortunate to have found him as my CMT.
