We live in a small condo between two neighboring units with shared walls/attics and the rats were having a party above us. Versa-Tech Pest Management truly came through. We called several places and Versa-Tech was responsive, offered a variety of options, and shut the rat party down. Jason did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, thorough in his assessments and explanations, very professional, personable, and prioritized cleanliness. The peace of mind and rat-proofed digs are amazing. My yard includes a hillside & other access issues. I had problems with several types of rodents (mice, rats, ground squirrels), but Versa-Tech used a combination of techniques & after the first month of service the rodent activity is under control. Joe & Daniel were excellent at communicating their plan & the details of their service. Highly recommended.
