Definitely recommend this company, especially to anyone that has a business. Murtaza Jaafri, the President helped me right away and he was very helpful throughout this entire process. Then, John was the technician that came in. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He truly went above and beyond. We are glad to finally have found a company we can stick with for any of our needs. I found Safteynett by searching and looking for Brother repair shops. I found several and called, but nobody responded within days. When I called Safteynett, they answer my call and Murt was so helpful. He quickly assessed the issue and gave me a quote. The team told me two days but actually fixed it in one. They were very professional and I will refer to all my clients and friends.
