The service center isn't on the same page with the call center. Be prepared to be starred at like your stupid plan on resubmitting all your questions and concerns for repairs. Or bring in all paperwork if possible.
If you need Freightliner chassis / Cummins work, this is the place. Works on every type of heavy duty truck vehicle with plenty of space for parking/ service. Service, parts, sales.
Service department got better in the last 5 years, better communication via email and phone, sometime you have to wait longer for them to return a call, but they got better, usually i get a quote for repairs within a day, Their diagnosis had been pretty good. that is better than before.
Parts department is good, usually they have what you need, if not they will get it. Be prepared to spend 10 minutes or more waiting, depending on the hour of the day you go.
