I've used Kaiser for the most part of many decades since 1989. I tried Sharp in 2022 for part of the year but didn't like how it was unorganized compared to Kaiser. What I do like about Kaiser is they only use their own staff doctors nurses technicians all employed with Kaiser at only a few locations consolidated but you don't have to go to 47 different locations that very in quality and their like vendors or contractors. My mom had cataract surgery here, and the staff was phenomenal from check-in at the reception area to check out from post-op. Her primary nurse was Diana, who was very helpful and patient - especially through her panic attack. I've never seen her experience up until then, so It was a little scary for me as well, but Diana helped me through it too. Dr. Rodarte thoroughly explained everything planned for the surgery. Then, afterward, he checked in on how she was doing and confirmed the surgery went as planned. We felt we were taken care of through the whole process by each person who worked here.

I get what I come for without issues. My appointment time is honored. Staff and medical are professional. Treatment is thorough. Parking can be frustrating. Pharmacy wait time is max 15 minutes. Although the pharmacy has the vibes of chaos. This pharmacy is always CROWDED, morning, noon and night.
