Steve came by to inspect our future two story home. It was $491 for the general home inspection, termite inspection for free, and about $260 for the sewer scope. The inspection was very thorough going through every nook and cranny of the home and trying to capture any issue. He was very receptive to me being by his side and asking questions about some of the items in the home. The report was available within a few hours and it was very thorough with picture evidence attached to every item as well.
They are the best I use them for myself personally when I buy, and I use them for all my clients they are thorough and are very helpful when I have questions. They’re simply the best use them all the time and would totally recommend them.
