I am 20 years old and Johanna felt like one of me best friends right after meeting her! I have struggled with acne since I was 14 and have found no relief even with dermatologist. I was giving up, not wanting to go back to the dermatologist for fear of their harsh chemicals and how badly my face hurt when I use the products they tell me to use. Then I saw her cute little shop and something just felt right! Johanna was very understanding asking me lots of questions about what I use what my habits were, she really took the time to get to know ME, not just my skin! By getting to know ME she was able to teach me and show me what I was doing wrong and how to correct it, just after a few appointments my face was clearer than it has been in a very long time, and without all the painful dry flaky skin! I was so relived and so happy, I am so grateful she took the time to ask about my daily routine because she was able to help me keep my skin clear by perfecting my habits. She has also inspired me to make my mark in the beauty industry! Johanna is a person who will bring positivity into your life and help you feel great about yourself she is such a genuine person. Oh! Also, she corrected my eyebrows telling me to grow them out and let them be natural so I can get my shape back, I was skeptical at first but I am so happy I listened, they look great if I do say so myself!:)
