5 stars for two reasons. I called on a Friday asking for the soonest possible appointment because I found fleas on my dog. The owner was able to get me a spot the next morning. He came out looking great, but there was a minor issue with billing. After talking it through with the owner, I am happy to say it was quickly and professionally addressed. Stuff happens, things go wrong, but the way the owner was so quick to address and fix it was amazing. Bonus, the lady who groomed my dog (not the owner) gave me a bunch of suggestions on how to better protect my dog against fleas. I am new to this area and first time having fleas on my dog, so that was really helpful.
Had a great experience with Yasmin, she is respectful, attentive, and kind. She is a kind person and love her passion for grooming and helping the dogs feel safe and comfortable. Proud of you Yasmin
I can’t give enough praise to the owner of this company. Not only did they let me stay with my dog, who has separation anxiety, while she was groomed, but she was able to get her in a couple of days later after she was skunked. Then, they her three or four times to try and get as much of the smell out as possible. I am forever grateful to the extra loving care, my sweet baby received.
