Very clean and amazing customer service. Ambience is very welcoming. The best part is No waiting time even though it is crowded. Phl and Ann did amazing job on my Medicare and pedicure. They are humble and kind. I would come back for the massage I get for pedicure.

me and my bestie have been coming here for about a year. most of the time the service is great and everyone is friendly but todays visit was exceptional. my nail tech was Sunny, and she was so kind and did everything i asked. my friends tech was also very kind and helpful (didn’t get her name) thank you sunny for making this visit so wonderful!Service: Manicure

I’ve been going to chroma regularly for two years and have never had a bad experience here. I would recommend being specific on what you want for your nails and to not be afraid to make corrections (politely, of course). The nail techs do a great job of making sure the nails are up to your standards throughout the process, but it’s important to also understand that they work in a busy salon with clients back to back. The best nail techs in the salon, in my opinion, are Karen and Anna. They’re both efficient, yet take the time to make sure they’re doing a perfect job, which they always succeed in doing.
