I had a drain clog issue with my HVAC unit which resulted in a water leak. Jasper from By the Book Plumbing was extremely helpful, quickly fixed the problem, did a thorough inspection and found all issues with my unit that needed to be addressed. Very happy with my experience. They will be my new go to company for all my HVAC needs.
Just had an outstanding experience with By The Book Plumbing! After a major sewer breakage at our newly purchased home in San Diego their team was incredibly responsive and efficient. They provided multiple repair options, and we went with the third one which included a new water heater, complete sewer system overhaul, re-piping, and drywall repairs. Everything was completed faster than we expected, and we were able to move back into our home ASAP. We couldn't be happier with the results. Leon and his crew were courteous and clean.
