I had the best facial of my life! Tracie is so great at what she does, it was so convenient, I was running late from traffic and she made my stress melt with her amazing skills, she is incredible at her job and the best Esthetician I have had the pleasure of receiving a spa treatment from. I love going to Bluemercury for my potions and lotions but having the ability to try them with samples and the help of all the knowledgeable caring staff who always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during these stressful times. I would highly recommend this wonderful little boutique in the heart of La Jolla cove which is also such a slice of San Diego heaven.

This was my 2nd facial at Blue Mercury and I absolutely loved both!! I had Camilla both times and it was remarkable how knowledgeable she was. We talked about options and products before each appointment and I loved that she was prepared. I truly got to enjoy the process and relax. My skin tone is more even now and my skin feels refreshed. I'm so grateful and will definitely be back!!

I'm so surprised to see this location with such low stars: Every single time I've visited the sales associates have been so friendly. It really feels like I'm shopping with my girlfriends instead of a customer being tolerated. A huge part of this is that the associates who work here have NEVER pressured me to buy something (unlike some other beauty stores!) so I feel free to take my time and choose the products that are right for me. They do get a little busy at times, but I've never felt ignored or forgotten as the associates work through the queue. In fact, Esthetician Tracy even hops in to help when she's free!
