The service provided by Grayson & Sons Plumbing was highly professional and exceptional from beginning to end. Wayne, who managed our initial call, was patient with my questions and even offered a preliminary estimate over the phone, assisting us in budgeting our costs. Our plumber, Jerry, was dispatched to San Diego within a few hours, and we received a call and text beforehand which made things incredibly convenient! This was a modest assignment that involved setting up nearly thirty feet of orangeburge pipe in my basement floor. Grayson & Sons Plumbing did a commendable job, ensuring that everything was up to code. I was especially impressed with the quality of the cement placement. The overall cost was competitive and in line with what others have paid for similar work. Despite a slight delay on both days, Pedro and Wayne still managed to complete the job efficiently. Our plumber, who goes by the name of Pedro, was absolutely stellar in his work for us. Although the plumbing issue needed a bit more intensive work for complete resolution, Pedro handled it with utmost professionalism, politeness, and respect. Pedro is coordinating with a specialist from Grayson & Sons Plumbing to come out tomorrow for a more in-depth evaluation of the problem, with no additional charges. He made sure to explain everything to us in a clear and understandable manner. We had a fantastic experience with him in San Diego. Thanks.
