“Everyone at O'Connor took the most professional and dignified approach to the entire process of leading my family through my beloved stepfather's burial that exemplifies the O'Connor mortuary standard. They each (Neil and Becky and Anna and Angela) took a personal and personable approach and really gave me the utmost confidence all the way through. They each brought honor and integrity to the work they did and it is so incredibly critical given the tender time they entered into the picture. They orchestrated the pre-planning, pickup, viewing, and coordinated an interment 1,000 miles away for us. Each step was so sacred. “I would give 5 stars, however one issue happened with a very loud family having a visitation reception at the same time as our visitation. This party-like atmosphere was ver offensive being held at the same time as our private visitation. Fairhaven could have handled this much better. One employee there thought there was nothing wrong with this, and got defensive when we complained. No problem, just schedule the reception at a different time“
