a short move one city over...4 hour minimum, but negotiated it down to 3 hours for a small move at $165 an hour for 2 movers and a truck...truck arrived on time...the movers started working immediately and efficiently to get everything loaded...all furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic wraps...truck arrived at the next location promptly...unloading and dropping off the furniture was more difficult to maneuver...steep decline and a long winding trail of steps...no damage and everything was placed exactly as instructed...very courteous and polite staff... read full review
Delighted once again by Adolfo and Trans-One Moving! The move was a little more complicated than when we last used them in 2019 as once our furniture was picked up, we had an intermediate stop to drop off 2 pieces and pickup 2 pieces to bring to the final destination--all done without a hitch! Suffice to say that due to the superior experience that I had previously with them, it was a no-brainer to use them again and continued to receive excellent service. Needless to say, highly recommended!
We recently used TransOne for a multi-bedroom move from San Francisco to the Peninsula (San Mateo County area). They were very communicative during the booking process, and their rates were very fair with others we also reached out to. We ultimately ended up picking them given their good reviews, plus since they came recommended from our realtor. Three of their team members helped us for ~9 hours. They worked quickly, diligently, and carefully, ensuring all of our items were wrapped up properly and taken care of.
