Cheaper by a lot than the other bidder, had worked for us before and done a good job, roof looks great. One negative if your eaves drain underground make sure they disconnect from above before they wash out ,make sure they do it, were supposed to but did not and this risks plugging up lines underground with debris

On the recommendation of a realtor friend, who has dealt with many roofers because of her line of work, I contacted Nobel Pride Roofing. I contacted other roofers as well, but many were unresponsive and seem to lack the professionalism of Nobel Pride. Upon examining our roof, the inspector actually said we didn't need a roof right now, but would in a year or so. How honest was that? Needless to say we decided on getting a roof anyway to avoid the possibility of leaks in the future. Nobel Pride stuck to their schedule, provided us with the proof of permit and didn't bill us until after the final inspection and approval by the County. Overall our experience was great. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and friendly. Noble Pride worked with us when we had questions about the project and took the time to talk through the process step by step so that we were all on the same page. They were efficient and worked diligently to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time - faster than expected even! They were responsive to our emails and calls and took care of all the county inspections and paperwork needs.
