Michael was super responsive during a very busy week. It was the first cold week of the year, and we also had a rare full day of rain. He repaired both of my wall heaters quickly and provided quotes for new faucets. I felt safe with him in my home, and he even wore shoe protectors! I feel confident in his work and his pricing, and I recommend Charlie's Plumbing and Heating highly.

Charlie's Plumbing knows their business. When I call them for a plumbing/heating service, they fix the issue right the first time.They are professional, show up on time, clean up after themselves and advise me of the issue in plain English and what the repair plan is going to be and cost involved before the work is done.
