I'm very picky and I have really thick, long hair. I've kept it at just a straight cut for seven years and I finally decided it was time for change. I took a chance with this salon and it turned out to be an amazing experience! I had Monica and she was so kind with helping me find exactly what style would work best for me. I ended up going with layers and curtain bangs and it was the best decision ever! Thank you Papillon!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon, thanks to Monica! She not only gave me a beautiful hair color, hairstyle, and haircut that suited my face and skin tone perfectly, but she was also incredibly personable and empathetic throughout the whole process. As someone who had never dyed my hair and usually just got trims at Great Clips, I was quite nervous about making any changes to my hair. However, Monica's friendly and reassuring demeanor quickly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and she gave me great advice on what would work best for me. I was dreading getting another haircut after my last one. I've had so many bad haircuts since I moved to Sacramento. I got in the same day here. Monica was very patient with me. She made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. As she was cutting my hair, she explained everything. She's very experienced and super in tune with hair. I'm very impressed with my haircut...it was a fixer upper and now it's a beautiful curly pixie. The only reason for 4 stars is the salon is a little run down and the chairs were taped together where the leather was ripping and they seemed dirty...even though they use clean covers.
