Cece is a keeper! She truly listens to you and goes out of her way to communicate clearly for the purpose of understanding exactly what you want. I presented a challenge for her since my hair was in bad shape and needed a serious color correction. Cece skillfully fixed my color and knew exactly what to do. The added bonus was her personality, we chatted for hours. She is a very positive person who always looks for the best in people and the silver linings in all life experiences, both positive and negative. I'm definitely looking forward to my next appointment so we can chat again. I can't wait!

Cece is an amazing hair stylist, who truly cares for her clients, she's a perfectionist, and plays close attention to details. She makes sure you are truly satisfied with your look! And to top it off, she provides complimentary massage. Amazing.... You cannot go wrong with Cece. She is definitely a poster child hair stylist. Thank you Cece for providing excellent, outstanding service, and for your professional genuine advice.

Cece at the Elle23 salon changed my look from completely gray to the great look that I have now and makes me look ten years younger. Not only was Cece patient and gentle, but it is obvious that she is extremely talented and creative -especially to please an 80 year old woman. Another unexpected nice touch...she gives a great shoulder massage which makes you feel revived. Gail McGovern
