We tried Collin's Automotive Service for a big job on our 2014 Infiniti XQ80. Collin did an excellent job walking us through discovery, analyses, and fixing our issue. Brought my daughter’s car in due to some noise in the front in. Expected the worst, but after an inspection Collin found the front right brake calipers wasn’t tight. I had just had all four brakes replaced from another brake shop and they only finger tighten the caliper on the right front. I was only charged for the inspection and the sound is gone. Honest and reasonable. Highly recommend.

I love this place. Collin is honest, knowledgeable, really thorough, and a fast worker. His wife Jillian is also great. She stays in communication through the entire process, gives updates and payment estimates, she offers a ride home (if close enough to the shop). Overall, a wonderful place to take your car.
