I contacted them and technician arrived expeditiously, Michael Rosi was polite professional and excellent decorum. He quickly get the access to my home by unlocking my door without any damage and the price was really reasonable! I’m glad I called them!
Michael was very quick to arrive to help me with my residential lockout of a bedroom door w/ key. His prices were quite reasonable and he did good quick work. He was polite and friendly, including with my dog, and volunteered to take his shoes off to save my carpet. When my situation escalated (I thought I had a spare key inside the room -- I didn't) he was quick to propose solutions to solve my complete problem. I'm very satisfied and would happily come back to ADI Lock & Key as my first go-to for when I get myself stuck again.
I locked my key fob in the car...battery going dead. It has been a really bad week and I called and Yri (yorai) came out within 15 minutes. He was very nice and helpful. He helped make e situation less stressful. I will definitely recommend in the future.
