Our 19 year old air conditioner which wasn’t cooling properly, stopped cooling altogether. This happened in August, right in the midst of hurricane Hilary, in the hottest time of the year. After multiple quotes ranging from 15k-39k, Sean came by to give his estimate.What impressed me is that he went up to the attic twice and took pictures so that I could see the problem, which was that rats had chewed through a hose and duct rendering our heating capabilities useless and putting a Freon leak in our air conditioner.By the time Sean came over, I kind of had an idea from multiple other estimates what to look for price wise.
