Dave arrived on time and was quite pleasant to speak with. In addition to cleaning all the windows in our 2 story - 4,000 square foot home, Dave cleaned our 2 chandeliers and replaced all of the light bulbs with high efficiency bulbs. All windows were cleaned inside and out to include all screens. Pricing was very reasonable when considering the scope of work. After dealing with several companies that did a miserable job, at best, I've now found a service that I will continue to use in the future. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone that is looking for a quality job at a fair price.

Dave was cleaning my neighbor's windows and I decided to ask and see how much he'd charge to do my entire house. The price was fair given how many water spots my windows had. Needless to say after he was done my windows looked brand new! I didn't know I needed a window guy until now.
